This project aims to be as inclusive as possible enabling community building through crochet (or knitting) with the aim of creating a million squares for dementia.  Each square can be dedicated to a loved one who is either living with dementia, or has passed away from it.  

There are several ways to participate.  Some people may not know how to crochet/knit but may be willing to learn.  I have provided links to videos that can be accessed to learn how to crochet on the Help with Making Squares page. For those who do not know of someone living with dementia but want to make some squares a virtual pool 

Once you have completed your square, email the image to:

1msquares@dementiasphere.com along with qualities (if you so desire) and both will be uploaded to the website and placed in a gallery at a later date and of course on social media.  If you decide to participate your information will be held on this database for the duration of the project, and will not be sold to any third party.  By completing this form you are agreeing to Dementia Sphere holding your data on this website.
